We will use a unique kriya approach to tap into and bring inspirational intelligence through the chakras into our lives. The practice will begin with a few gentle uplifting postures to open up energetic lines in the body. In the guided meditation we will use a warm golden light to move awareness up from the feet through the center of the spine and into the body. The breathing techniques, visualizations and sankalpa will focus on bringing acceptance to ourselves and the world around and experiencing an expanded state of consciousness.
